EPCRA Tier II reports are due annually for covered facilities by March first of the succeeding year. Each year the US EPA is subject to making certain changes to the reporting requirements. State, tribal, and local emergency response and emergency planning commissions may have additional requirements and varied reporting methods. Calculating chemical mixtures and devices containing multiple covered chemicals can be confusing. In this webinar, we will take you through the EPCRA requirements, review the reporting methods, and explain how to do the calculations.
Objectives
Upon completion, participants will be able to:
- Determine whether a facility is required to complete a Tier II report.
- Select the proper reporting method for each state.
- Calculate reportable quantities of combined materials.
- Demonstrate knowledge of reportable quantities of hazardous materials, extremely hazardous materials, gasoline, and diesel.
