Scope of Privacy Statement

This Privacy Statement only applies to information we collect from you, or information you provide to us when using our Website. It does not apply to any other information provided by you to, or collected by any third party, including through any application or contact that may link to or be accessible from our Websites. HMS’s Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information (as defined below) from any individual who we know to be in this age group.
