2024 PHMSA HMIT Grant 24-Hour DOT HAZMAT/PPE Hazard Assessment Regulations Awareness Course – Manhattan, Kansas

This workshop is offered with U.S. DOT PHMSA HMIT (Hazardous Materials Instructor Training) Grant support to the National Partnership for
Environmental Technology Education (National PETE).

This training is FREE for employees and federal, state, county and local government employees involved in DOT HazMat Shipping, Receiving and Handling via Ground and Air with Personal Protective Equipment Workshop/Review.

The workshop curriculum is in accordance with 49 CFR § 172.704 for General Awareness, Function-Specific, Safety and Security Awareness training requirements. In addition, the curriculum covers PPE Hazard Assessment, per 49 CFR § 172.704(a)(3) Safety training requirements.

Class size is limited to 20 students, so act fast. A minimum of 10 attendees are needed to confirm the class.
