Wastewater Compliance Manager
February 11 @ 8:00 am - February 12 @ 4:00 pm
Wastewater Compliance Manager™ is popular with environmental managers who are responsible for ensuring compliance with EPA- or state-issued National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits or Industrial User Pretreatment Permits for discharges to sewer systems. In 2020, this course was changed from a 3-day course to a 2-day course to focus more specifically on the wastewater challenges faced by most environmental professionals. (Note that although most industrial stormwater discharges are authorized by NPDES permits, stormwater compliance is addressed specifically in our Stormwater Compliance Manager™ course.)
This course starts with the fundamentals of discharge permitting and moves into detailed discussions of both requirements and proven methods for compliance. Join your environmental professional colleagues for these solid presentations and open discussions!
Wastewater Compliance Manager™ focuses closely on the details of discharge permitting and pretreatment standards over 2 rigorous days. This unique course presents water discharge permitting and restrictions in an understandable, structured, and logical format. Group discussions, breakout sessions, and discrete training modules are used to make the course interesting and engaging. To keep the course interesting and enjoyable, the Aarcher Institute incorporates a video facility tour and planned breaks throughout the day.
Courses are held in pleasant and easily accessible locations, and training venues are selected to allow you to escape distractions and focus on the presented material in a professional setting. All locations offer wireless service and Internet access so you can stay connected. Because our instructors teach exclusively for the Aarcher Institute, using our exclusive content, course modules are presented in logical sequences. Discussions among instructors and participants explore unique environmental management challenges and proven compliance strategies, and all participants are encouraged to ask questions throughout the course.
