This RCRA training will help satisfy US EPA’s annual training mandate for hazardous waste personnel, found at 40 CFR 262.17(a)(7). EPA requires initial training within 6 months of hire for new hazardous waste personnel. This course prepares industry professionals to identify, store, and dispose of hazardous wastes in compliance with the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) regulations. Professionals develop a streamlined approach to manage hazardous waste from cradle-to-grave and comply with RCRA Land Disposal Restrictions (LDRs).

Who takes this RCRA training?
This RCRA training is ideal for individuals who are responsible for compliance with EPA hazardous waste regulations, including anyone who reads and interprets RCRA regulations, develops facility procedures, or trains other employees.

The training will benefit EH&S managers, supervisors, compliance officers, engineers, operators, waste handlers, or corporate attorneys who are responsible for RCRA hazardous waste compliance at the facility or corporate level.

This course is 14 hours in length and has been approved for 14 IHMM CMPs
