This course prepares industry professionals to identify, store, and dispose of regulated hazardous wastes in compliance with the latest Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) regulations. The two-day workshop is designed to help satisfy initial or refresher RCRA training mandates for hazardous waste personnel found at 40 CFR Part 262.

• Identify wastes and activities subject to Federal and State regulation to properly manage waste on site and make informed compliance decisions
• Get initial or annual RCRA training required for hazardous waste personnel at 40 CFR 262.17.
• Earn certification points and hours to maintain IHMM, ABIH, NEHA/REHS and other professional certifications/credentials
