CE 1108: Coronavirus Prevention and Control: Strategies for Managers

This course covers coronavirus related hazards at the advanced level. Material covered will include information on assessing levels of risk in the workplace, identifying industries that have a high risk of COVID-19 exposure, and an in-depth presentation of virus control methods. Consideration will be given to applying safety management system approaches and identifying safety and health regulations that apply to COVID-19 exposure control.
Course Textbook: This course does not utilize a textbook.
Course Cost: $325 (includes access to CE 1106 and CE 1107)

CEUs Earned Upon Course Completion: 2.6
Course Length: This course is a 10-week, self-paced, open enrollment course. Once students complete the course with a 70% or higher within the 10-week time frame, they will receive a certificate of completion that lists the CEUs earned. Course must be paid for in full before the student is eligible to receive a certificate of completion.
Students can apply for an extension if the course is not completed within the allotted 10-week time frame. If students do not complete all assignments with a 70% or higher within 10 weeks, they will be removed from the course if an extension is not applied for.
